  Home Delivery

The Home Delivery service is provided by our partner «Mdrop». The team will contact you by phone to check the delivery address and inform you of the time of delivery. A secret code will then be communicated to you. You will only have to indicate it to the deliveryman to be able to receive the package.

Cost of Home Delivery at Rs 200.

FREE Home Delivery as from Rs 2,000 of purchase (VAT included).

You can opt for this delivery formula to receive your package at your workplace or to send a package to a third party.

 

  Click & Collect

It is simple: you order and pay online and then you will pick up your package in the Body & Soul store you chose during the order validation.

For collection of your package, it is mandatory to bring along your order confirmation e-mail (printed or on your smartphone)

This method of delivery is FREE regardless of the amount of your order.

 

  Delivery within 72 hours

Your order will be processed and delivered within 72 hours maximum on weekdays, for both Home Delivery and Click & Collect delivery methods.

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included in these 72 hours.

 

 Exchange in shops within 14 days

Purchases can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

They must be returned to the Body & Soul store of your choice and be in un-used condition with the original swing tag attached along with a copy of your invoice/ order confirmation e-mail.

Items can either be exchanged or a credit note of equal value will be issued.

According to the Terms and Conditions of Body & Soul, no refund can be made.

 

 100% secure payment

The accepted payment method for your online order on Body & Soul is payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

Before validating your order, please ensure that your credit card does allow you to make online purchases. If in doubt, please contact your bank.
